Dear Larry:
With what started as a passing thought to actual realistic design sessions, our house remodel became a day to day experience. We lived through highs and lows from the start of the actual work in mid May till the departure of John at 7:00 pm two days ago. We saw our house being torn down but only to develop into a beautiful place to live and enjoy. You were able with your foresight, technical experience, and most of all your unlimited consideration, to walk us through ideas and transform them into real life achievements.
Despite our continued frustrations with delays in materials, we took comfort in the finished product. We started with a below average spec home but ended up with a custom, highly personalized wonder. All I can say in this juncture is what without Federal, this would not have happened. I want you to know how deeply our family feels in their appreciation to you and your staff. You have become good friends and I know that you will remain in our hearts forever.
