Dear Larry:
T. and I want you to know how happy we are with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling, our second project with Federal Building Company. As you know, we came to you with a lot of ideas, but your people, particularly George and Amy, brought in ideas that, when combined with our own, made the end result truly remarkable. Of course, credit goes to you, too, for your idea for enlarging the bathroom!!!
The engineering challenges caused all of us a good deal of grief, but in the end, the solutions addressed the problems and added to the overall look of the project. John's dedication to the job, attention to detail, and creative solutions to small problems kept the whole effort moving forward. I especially appreciated John's effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to me during the entire six months he was with us.
Should we take on another project remodeling this wonderful old house, we will definitely give you a call.
