Dear Larry:
Enclosed is a check which will take care of the remaining amount that we owe you for the plumbing work which was performed earlier. Thank you for being so patient with regards to receiving the money, we really appreciate it.
Unless a conflict in schedules occurs, Michael should be coming over to our house Friday, the 14th, to work on the cracks around the tile in the bathroom.
I would like to take this time and tell you about how pleased Taeko and I are with the bathroom. It is really nice to have a complete bathroom where one can either shower or use the tub. I use the tub each night. Benjamin, my little boy, and I take a bath together and he just loves the tub. I, on the other hand, like the whirlpool feature of the tub.
Everyone who has seen the bathroom has been very impressed with it and again with us we have always been very pleased with the quality of workmanship demonstrated by your employees. On both bathrooms that your firm has remodeled for us, you listened to our plans and then did the sometimes difficult task of translating that into reality. All of the workmen have always been very courteous and we have especially appreciated the cleaning up performed by the crew at the end of the day. This was something we had not originally expected.
I will be contacting you sometime in the spring, Larry. We have one more project in mind. Nothing major, but T. and I would like to install a deck and add a door and a greenhouse window in the old maid's room.
