FBC's design team works with the existing space and conditions to optimize use and function, giving you the most for your budget. Our interior designer works with you to harmonize interior features including fabrics, wall and floor colors and surface finishes. Our own craftspeople perform the actual construction necessary to remodel your home.
We do it all when it comes to remodeling your home. We are known for designs that reflect the existing architecture of the home, or that create a unique look for a home that lacks architectural definition.

Our company is design-oriented but budget-driven. That means that we will remodel your home for a mutually agreeable budget. An approximate budget is set before we start drawing the plans. Then we work together with you to realize your project within the agreed budget. Our in-house designers will delight you with their creative solutions to your needs. Our expertise as both custom remodelers and designers allows you to weigh the options we present to you until a satisfactory blend of cost and design is achieved.
We proceed to draw the final plan, write detailed specifications, and calculate the Final Plan Cost when you have made all selections from the options presented.

Our fee schedule reveals that we price our work without marking up our cost on materials and subcontracted work. We only mark up the cost of our labor. We make sure the sub contractors are in compliance with all applicable insurance requirements and we sign their contract. You, our client, write the check to pay them. This makes it easier for clients to choose better quality materials or use some of the extraordinary local crafts persons without there being a double mark up; i.e., the price we get for these materials and tradespersons is the price you pay.
