An upstairs bedroom/bath remodel/addition several years earlier led to the kitchen remodel project shown here. Correcting
the dark condition of the original kitchen, while upgrading the form and function, were the paramount goals achieved, in part, by adding a window and lowering an adjacent stairway wall as well as providing a small island and banquette.
