WOOD DRIVE, OAKLAND
After these clients got to know us by having us remodel one bath per
year for two years, they decided to embark upon a kitchen remodel. This
project had to overcome the obstacle of their kitchen being too small
and too divided to work in efficiently. We raised the flat ceiling to
match the pitch of the adjacent room ceilings, closed off a side door,
as you can see in the before photo, brought in more natural light with
the new window and created a light, bright, functional kitchen with
ample storage and seating for two (out of photo view). The addition of
hardwood floors, granite counters and a burgundy color backsplash with
burgundy color maple cabinets contrasting one wall and we were able to
deliver the goods!
